Government

There are five incorporated Cities in Polk County: Livingston, Corrigan, Onalaska, Goodrich and Seven Oaks. All of them exist under the general law system of government, with a mayor and five elected council members. Other city offices are appointed. The cities of Livingston and Corrigan have salaried city managers.

Appointed officials include City Manager, Marilyn Sutton, assistant to the City Manager, City Secretary is, Irene Nicks and Police Chief Dennis Clifton. The Mayor is Ben Royden Ogletree, Jr.

City of Corrigan city hall is located at 101 W. Ben Franklin, (936) 398-4126. the police department is located at 203 N. Collins, (936) 398-2551. The City Manager is Mandy Risinger and the City Secretary is Thelma Stanford. The Police Chief is Mike Farrar. The Mayor is Grimes Fortune.

City of Onalaska city hall and police department are located on FM 356 South at Old Trinity Road. The city hall phone number is (936) 646-5376 and the police department number is (936) 646-5676. Appointed officials include the City Secretary Sherry Reynolds and Police Chief Deryl Oates. The Mayor is Lew Vail.

City of Goodrich city hall is located at 950 SH 393 and the telephone number is (936) 365-2228. The Mayor Pro tem is Nita Gokey.

City of Seven Oaks city hall is located on US 59. The contact phone number is (936) 398-5849.
