Polk County’s large area is very fortunate to be served by public school districts in six communities as well as church supported private schools and many day care centers. Each school district supports a High, Jr High, Middle and numerous Elementary School compuses.

There are 2 and 4 year colleges within driving distance for students who wish to commute in order to further their education.

Angelina Junior College provide evening classes at satellite campuses here in Polk County for those who wish to pursue higher education without leaving the County.
